Vern and I are hitting the gym a lot lately for a few reasons – it’s fun, he wants to get into shape and I want to get more cardio. With that being said we normally work a muscle group then either play some basketball or squash. Sounds boring eh??!! Well, so far in about 5 trips to the squash court I’ve been hit by three shots (neck, ear and inner thigh) plus a nice racquet tap to the elbow and in about 3 trips to the basketball court I head butted Vern one SOLID time in the eye! Who knew squash and basketball could be so painful?
